Professional Brief and Core Competencies:
A team of highly experienced, proactive and result oriented professionals with over 20 years experiences in construction, real estate/property development sectors. Managed and completed many projects from inception stage till the completion of the project and handed over the project to the end users with customer satisfaction both in Singapore and China.
- Initial development consultancy work – assist in financial and feasibility study for potential development, as well as Technical Due diligence assessment in green field project both in Singapore and China. Including land purchase and lease arrangement with land owner or government agencies, such as JTC Corporation and Singapore Land Authority etc.
- Project Development and Management – Managed Hospital building, shopping complex, service apartment, shop-houses, industrial and residential projects.
- Tenancy Work – Project Management for MNC tenants to achieve LEED certification in interior fit-out work in China.
- Property and Facility Management – Extensive knowledge and experience in property and facility management, assist the existing building owners to study if any upgrading or retrofitting is necessary to preserve or enhance the value of the asset
- Cost Evaluation – Adopt life cycle costing concept in evaluating alternative proposals
- Contract administration – cost management during design and construction stage.
- Certification for bank loan – control monitoring for development loan or construction loan for financial institutions.
- Due Diligence – assist the international investors, fund managers, developers to conduct technical due diligence for acquired buildings in China and Singapore.
